Although Charleston isn't a Capital City, I decided to visit Charleston during my tour of the Capital Cities of the Southeast. The photo opportunities in Charleston are endless. Unfortunately, it was cold and raining during much of my visit.
I ended up shooting some interiors to get out of the elements. And, several pictures were taken from under my umbrella.

Getting a variety of images required a lot of walking. As with most days of my trip, I averaged 8 miles of walking--carrying about 25 pounds of gear and a tripod (and in this case an umbrella)!
