George Washington statue
George Washington statue in the rotunda of the Virginia State Capitol at 1000 Bank Street in Richmond, Virginia on December 15, 2014. French sculptor Jean-Antoine Houdon made this statue of George Washington, following the American victory in the Revolutionary War. It has stood in the Capitol's rotunda since 1796.
