Dreamstime, a photo stock agency with over 250,000 contributing photographers, selected one of my submissions for its Editors Choice:

Navajo Generating StationNavajo Generating StationNavajo Generating Station is a 2250 megawatt coal-fired power plant located on the Navajo Indian Reservation at 6000 Hwy 98 near Page, Arizona on August 3, 2014. I captured this image of a Navajo power plant while waiting for my tour of Antelope Canyon to start. This power plant is located across the highway from Antelope Canyon just outside of Page, Arizona.

The cloudy sky is what made the shot for me. The smoke was pouring out of the stacks at a high rate. The cloudy sky in the background gave the appearance that the smoke was filling the sky. Of course, I visited this location to photograph the amazing slot canyons. But, sometimes it pays to look around--photographs can appear where they are least expected!

Thanks Nil...much appreciated! Glenn
Congratulations Glenn. That is a great shot. As you said, a very effective intermingling of the clouds and smoke.
